The personal information you provide through this form is required for Woolworths and TGI Sport to review your grant application. If you do not provide the required information, we will not be able to review your application. In the event that your club wins the “People’s Choice Grant”, your club’s name, photos and videos will be published on the Woolworths NetSetGo website.

Woolworths is partnering with TGI Sport to administer this grants program, and your information will be held for Woolworths by TGI Sport.

Submission of images and videos to Woolworths as part of application

In addition to the requirements set out in the Terms & Conditions https://woolworthsnetballgrants.com.au/terms-and-conditions/, please note the following important information if you provide a photograph or video as part of the application:

• by providing a photograph or video, you agree to the photograph and/or video being made available for public viewing;
• any person depicted in a photograph or video provided must be decently dressed and presented;
• you must own the copyright in the photograph or video provided or be entitled and have permission to provide the photograph or video to Woolworths, including for the purpose of Woolworths using it for promotional purposes; and
• you must have the permission of each person featured in the photograph or video, or, if any other person is under the age of 18, the permission of their parent or legal guardian, to provide the photograph or video to Woolworths, including for the purpose of Woolworths using it for promotional purposes.
